Consultations
The first consultation is free. For paid follow-up consultations, you may reschedule up to 4 hours before your appointment at no cost. Missed appointments without notice are not refundable.
Personalised medicines
Medicines prepared specifically for you after consultation cannot be returned or refunded once preparation has started, because they cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.
Pharmacy products
- Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was wrong or damaged.
- If an item arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, please share photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once shipped, the return conditions above apply.
How refunds are made
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Cash-on-delivery refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI.
